Rhythm Cycling

Indoor cycling class where your main focus is to let the BPM of the music dictate your pedal stroke. This class will help you disconnect from metrics and allow the music to move you. The Consoles can be used but mainly for the purpose of setting time expectations and checking your RPM. This will help you improve your heart health, increase leg speed, boost muscle endurance and build strong legs.
