With a background in dance, Emilia began practicing yoga in 2013 as physical rehabilitation from a knee injury. She quickly realized not only the obvious physical benefits of yoga, but also improvement in mental clarity and overall wellbeing. This led her to India, the heart of yoga, to study Yoga and Meditation.
In 2018, she completed her RYT-200 and since then has taught at studios and retreats both domestically and internationally.
Emilia teaches yoga as a way to optimize your strength, mobility, flexibility, and ultimately, your quality of life.
